Podcasting Unit Reflection

I really enjoyed the Podcasting Unit! I thought that it was very fun and I learned a lot. I wish I would have had more time to do projects I would've liked. For example, I would like to create my own podcast on subjects that I am truly interested in. The project that I liked the most was Music Mix project. I liked this one because I got to listen to music and mix songs together in a creative way. If I could do this again I would have to delete the Newscast Project because that wasn't very fun. Overall I really like Podcasting!

Final Podcast!

The final podcast project that I have chosen to do is the Newscast group project. I choose to do this project because I like the group I am with. We will be covering numerous things in our newscast. We will be covering the story about how the miners were recovered from Chile. Also we will be covering the NoH8 Prop 8 campaign that is going on in California. The final things we will cover will be the weather and the local sports. It should be a very interesting podcast!

Electronic Users'/VoiceThread Unit

During this unit I can say that I have honestly learned a lot. I had no idea what a VoiceThread was. Now I understand that VoiceThread is just like a Powerpoint on steroids. You can do so much more to personalize it. Also I learned how to doodle on pictures. Doodling makes giving directions a lot easier. I also was not aware that there is a separate electronic user bill of rights. It was interesting to see all of the rights that I have. Overall this unit was very helpful to me, and I'm sure I will be able to use these skills again throughout my life.
